it was 3 AM I was doing DoorDash. I pull up the drive-through after 27 minutes and then I told that I have an online order and I told the name and I waited for one minute to AI drive-through answer me or someone else no one did not answer me back so I pulled out because it was online order and I already worked in fast food industry for over two years so I know if you have something on your screen you have to do right away before the time gets done when I pull up to do cashier, she told me I have to go again to drive-through line because I didn’t tell the names. The food was good, but took longer than expected. There was no one else that had ordered before us. This Wendy's has the normal interior decor, the normal size, and just the right amount of seating. Outdoor seating is available too. This location does not have any ordering kiosks. There are two Coke freestyle machines. One was completely turned off and the other had about 25% of the product in it. Parking here is kind of limited, and has easy access off Manton Avenue and Fruit Hill. Only positive note, this one actually had baked potatoes in stock!

I’m writing this review out of concern for food safety. This is the second time my child has eaten at this Wendy’s location and experienced vomiting and diarrhea shortly after. After the first incident, I gave the benefit of the doubt. However, after it happened again, I feel obligated to speak up. This raises serious concerns about food handling, storage, or overall hygiene practices at this location. I strongly recommend that management review their food safety procedures immediately. No parent should have to go through this twice. I will also be reporting this to the Rhode Island Departm
