Burnt my bun all the way black😭 also looks like theres constantly only a couple workers on at a time. Always a hit or miss with this location if you’ll wait 20 min or not. Only reason there’s two stars is cuz it’s officially the cheapest fast food place around. So that’s a plus at least. Also I do like the whopper just not burnt

I’m never one to leave negative reviews as I let things slide and am usually very lax, but in my opinion this experience warrants a post. I placed a pickup order for inside. When I went inside, I was ignored for about 10 minutes. Nobody was inside, maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. The lady wearing the cookie monster onesie (yes, she was in pajamas… whatever, not a huge concern for me) kept looking at me as if I was a bother, no acknowledgement. I waited patiently and smiled. I ordered a fry and a whopper i wanted a water with my meal so I asked for a water cup the employee I was talking to grabbed it and started handing it over until another employee stopped him and told him not to so i had to pay 3.29 for a small cup of water just plain old water at the end of the day Burger King just wants to squeeze me for my money and can’t give there customers a water cup when they have a bunch of little cups stacked next to the normal cups I just want a water without having to spend more than 2 packs of gum on it I’m never coming back, this place has no courtesy

Before the remodel this was the BEST BK. after the remodel they hired the WORST of the worst staff. It takes well over 35 mins to get a single burger through drive through the man running the orders at night is very nice to deal with but the younger Spanish woman is a horrible person. Disgusting attitude. Food is always wrong when shes there. She doesnt know how to take an order. Shes rude, nasty, ignorant. I'll never come back here again. Sucks they let all the GREAT staff go to remodel the building... I dont know anyone who's had a positive experience since the remodel.
