Jackie was amazing I was waiting for my food and I sat at the bar. She immediately attended me and was n amazing host. We went in for Father’s Day. It was not busy. We were immediately sat. I ordered my son a grilled cheese kids meal to start. It came out mostly burnt but we didn’t say anything because things happen and he ate around the worst of it. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and no mayo. Seven of us went in for my son's 10th birthday not only did it take over an hour to get our order but people that sat down behind us 40 minutes after we arrived got served not only their drinks entrees and appetizers before we got just our regular food. Atmosphere for a BWW is always great, til the food and service sucks. If I wanted to season my wings half assed I’d ask my 2 year old. Waiter didn’t give trays for the bones and napkins. We assumed he was busy but had to ask for the items. No checkup and needed refills.
