Never a good sign when you go in to a restaurant and they have a sign that says "no refunds or exchanges" posted. The cashier was very friendly. However, the food was atrocious. I think one of their issues may be the fact that they have a massive menu and it's not even a busy place. As you can see in the pictures of my food, they burnt it beyond recognition and happily bagged it up to go for me. Green chili is lacking depth of flavor also. I was really rooting for this place but won't be back.

Let me start off by saying I love this place it is my favorite between this or chubbys I always pick here. The girl that works there majority of the time is amazing! So little backstory, I used to be able to eat the hottest chile and anything spicy and then after I had my son in 2016 I literally couldn’t even handle the hot sauce at Taco Bell because pregnancy hormones changed my taste buds so sadly 99.9% of chile is too hot for me. And it doesn’t just register like ooh that’s spicy like it used to it literally causes me physical pain that takes my breath away but I love this place so much tha

This place is awesome! Probably the best tacos I have ever had. I ordered the Chili Shack plate. It comes with three grilled tacos; I chose ground beef. It also comes with a side of chili cheese fries. The green chili is so good!! My husband got the street tacos, and they were all good as well. My daughter loved her southwest burger. All in all, it was a great experience. We're going back today!!
