Disgusting. My family & I spent $100 on food here because kids were craving it. I ordered on the app for pick up, okay no problem. I get home, give everyone their food & that’s when we noticed there was a big fly underneath one of the sandwiches. Absolutely gross, we threw it out & didn’t even get to enjoy our food. Contacted customer service & they only gave me a $4 refund for that meal. Will not be returning at all.

I stopped by the Burger King in Norwich and had a great experience. I ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings, and Sara helped me — she was very polite, cheerful, and welcoming. I don’t come here very often, but when I do, the service always makes it worth the trip. I decided to sit down and eat, and everything was very clean. The tables were spotless and the bathrooms were immaculate, which really stood out to me. Overall, a very positive visit with friendly service and a clean environment. I’ll definitely be back.

Honestly, this is one of the main reasons I choose to come to this Burger King location. I usually order food in general, but I actually prefer going through the drive-through here because the customer service is consistently great. It’s fast, smooth, and always a positive experience.
