David Mosely★★★Several of my visits here were ruined by laughing, horse-playing people snd it was reflected in the service. On my last visit, Sat, November 8 around 5:30pm me and my sister, who is a regular morning customer ordered a med Carmel frappe and med Coke at the drive-thru. When a young man who was working the windows handed my sister her frappe, one side of the cup was covered in Carmel which also covered her hand and made a mess of her and her steering wheel. With all of the goofing off, and limited English that is spoken at this location I can't help but to wonder if this was done deliberately fo
