I ordered a simple Buttery Biscuit with American cheese and egg, and the quality was extremely disappointing. I took one bite, the sandwich was cold, poorly prepared and did not meet the standard I consistently receive at other Chick‑fil‑A locations. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a hit‑or‑miss experience at this specific restaurant. When I visit locations in nearby cities like Northville, I never have these issues, which tells me this is a store‑level consistency problem. So if you’re from area, just head to Northville.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken sandwich is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the waffle fries are my absolute favorite. What really sets this place apart is the service staff are always polite, friendly, and quick, no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and orders are usually accurate. Definitely one of the most reliable and satisfying fast-food spots out there!

Chick-fil-A is located just about a mile across The Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan 🇺🇸. We ordered for their waffle fried potato chips, chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich burger 🍔. It has a drive thru but we preferred to dine in for dinner. The queue was not long so we didn’t wait much to order for the food. They give you a table tag when dining in and they bring your order to the table. The atmosphere was serene and we enjoyed the food. They also have an indoor play court for kids 😍

This is my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I went into the dining area, not the drive thru. Wow! The service was so efficient and the employees were all very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The dining area was kept clean with regular sweeping and cleaning. Parking was a bit of a challenge but after a bit of circling we found a spot. Overall I was pretty impressed. A really nice experience!
