I found the sandwich to be exceedingly small to justify the $12+ that I paid. (For *just* the sandwich, not a whole meal) And then the bread was half empty as well. It was my first time trying the place, but I'm not impressed and I guess I won't make the effort to drive the 10 minutes each way on lunch for a 1/2 empty, small sandwich. $12 for a sandwich should leave me very full if not overstuffed. It should not leave me wishing I had ordered a fast food meal, so I could have at least had fries and a drink for the same price.

$14 for a sad sandwich and hostile service. A complete waste of $14.00. I received one of the poorest and most depressing sandwiches I have ever been served, absolutely terrible value for the price. ​Beyond the low food quality, I tried to order a cappuccino only to be informed that they have stopped making all specialty coffees. When I asked for a simple side of pickles, I was told they stopped serving those, too. It felt like every item I asked for was suddenly off-limits. And then I saw two guys ordering other kind of sandwiches and the person in charge says more than 3 times "WE DO NOT HAV
