“Great staff and good food”

I did drive-thru at 11:45 a.m. On Monday morning and ordered the four roast beefs for $10 and a soft drink. customer service was excellent. The young gentleman did well with taking my order and handling the money exchange and the food and the food was really good as well. I did not go inside to eat so this was strictly drive-thru but quite pleased with the service and the food taste.

Food was very good! Hot and fresh! Staff, very friendly and polite! My order came out quickly! Restaurant was very clean! Only problem, NO skeletons?? Just because 1 customer doesn't like them, you have 100 that aren't speaking out they loved the skeletons. I was sad to not see them here today. Bring them back! Have fun! Bring morale up!

After waiting several minutes at the drive-thru speaker(was told to please hold), my order was taken. As you can see on the receipt, I tried to order French Dip with dbl meat. Since they only had 6oz meat left instead of the needed 8oz, they chose not to sell the 6oz at a discounted rate and just sell a 4oz sandwich. Why not sell me the 2oz at half the cost of dbl meat? I asked and was told ‘no’. Saving meat for the next day? Does Arby’s have any 2oz roast beef options in which they could have sold the product tonight? Unless there’s an explanation, that’s a missed opportunity to sell more and

Will you ordered three orders of the four roast beef sandwiches for $10 and when we went through to drive through to get them the guy seemed like he had an attitude like you just didn't want to be there... I will probably find a different Arby's or maybe even go to Lion's choice
