I ordered my food and drink online and then something came up and I was not able to pick it up for 2 hours. Instead of making me feel bad, the gentlemen remade my drink fresh and were so kind to my kids while we waited a min. I was already having a rough day, but this trip to this DD was very positive. The donuts & bagel were very fresh and tasty too. Well done DD!!

I ordered a drink through the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ location and had a disappointing experience. While placing my order, we asked to replace the drink with a different one before we had finished ordering. The male employee responded, “No, we already made it,” even though we were still in the middle of our order. I’m not sure how the drink was prepared even before we had completed the order. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it didn’t feel like the best customer service practice. I hope the team can improve communication during the ordering process to provide a better experience for custo

I won’t be coming here again. Placed a mobile order. Showed up to get it, nothing! They dug my receipt out of the TRASH!! I guess my mobile order wasn’t worthy of their time. I saw a doordash order for Sofia sitting out. Time on the receipt was 10:21 am. I looked at my crumpled up receipt and it said 10:17 am. Then the first cup of coffee they gave me was made with curdled cream. Don’t get your Dunkin fix from this location. It is mismanaged, has poor customer service and uses spoiled products. I usually have pickups in St. Charles and the location there has always been amazing. Do yourself a
