Well that sucks. Ordered online for pick up in store for the Toy Story Collab. I just got the regular boxes. It was advertised completely different. Update: After three days of waiting I did get a call from the store. I spoke to Davonte who said I could pick up some boxes tomorrow. Changed my review from a 1 star to 5 star.

Davonta was awesome, food was great, was super friendly and greeted me immediately when I came inside. Had my order ready very quickly and I placed it in store so I was impressed with the speed. Kept the store running very professionally. Give Davonta a raise!!

Ordered the meal around 4:15. I was told the food would be delievered by 5:15. 5:45 rolls around and still no food. I called the store to be informed I am waiting for a Door Dash driver to accept my order. I'm told my pizza has been waiting for someone to accept it, so it's been sitting there for a while. I'm told they the store won't deliever it.... Awful experience to wait more than an hour and be told they won't do anything to fix the problem besides refund my order.

Thanks for reminding me why I stopped coming here over 10 years ago. From the change the bearded boy threw in my hand when I picked up my order (0 customer service, was busy complaining to female delivery driver about staff) , to the nasty food itself. Good deal $5 for a small- but frozen pizza is 10 times better.
