Pluto's was a great place to dine. The staff was friendly and informative, the decor was charmingly space themed, and the food was really good. We had a tamale which unfortunately was dry and the low light of our food. Their hot dogs are award winning in Chicago, didn't disappoint, but it is not a must have if you need to travel far south for it. The gyro plate was fantastic. The tsatski sauce was a little thin, but full of flavor, and we built 2 humongous gyros with all of the meat and extra pita. It was absolutely an awesome experience. Truly unrivaled atmosphere.. we've been to many American Beef and Dog places. None of which host TRIVIA! with such a friendly Staff and an Awesome host! We decided after many drive-bys to finally try it. Boy were we missing out and had no idea. The signs and curb appeal were so inviting we just hadn't decided to try it until tonight. So glad we did! Thank You Pluto's for making an unforgettable evening paired with an excellent dinner! Chicago dogs chicken sandwich and pulled pork. All 5 stars! French fries perfect crispy like we like them! Going downhill. Used to be our go to place but like most places prices are going up and portion/quality going down. 11 bucks for 5 tiny tenders and a very small fry. Actually $ 11.01 asked if they had a penny but told sorry they can't do that.

I have dined in and picked up, I love this place!! The staff is usually super friendly, but it's the food that always brings me back! I like going here because they actually cook the food and I dont feel like I'm eating chemicals like flavorings and processed stuff! My top go to's are chicken on a pita, gyros platter, half Greek chicken, chili, all the soups, burgers and honestly what I haven't eaten my son and husband have and loved it! My son usually sticks to the ribs! Plutos is a little out of the way for me, but always worth the trip! Highly recommend!
