Check your order before you leave! Did an online order for 3- 2pc chicken strips, sauce and an order of Mashed potatoes. Since I only have a short lunch break. Get back to work all I had was a box with 2 chicken strips in it no cars in the parking lot or drive thru so should have been an easy order. On top of everything the chicken strips were cold so I guess; no lunch for me.

**Horrible customer service** Food is almost always great and I come here at least once a month or so and the employees are usually always trying their best in every way.. considering it being fast food. Today I came in and ordered 30$ worth of food and the front line cashier was awesome. I walked out happily with our food but as I got in my car I went to dip my biscuit into my other side and thought it wasnt there because I didnt realize it was in the box, not with the other 3 other sides I ordered---> I go back in with a SMILE on my face and start to show them politely I think that something

“We don’t do dark meat” - an under-qualified KFC manager One day the owner of this establishment will realize that the reason there are hardly any workers at this location (or customers) and there is such a high turnover is because of the manager. That woman is in there yelling at everyone, getting orders wrong, and blaming everyone for it but herself. I just left there and she pitched a full tantrum because SHE gave me all white meat when I specified dark. Really not that big of deal to me, but it was big enough a deal to her to call me a liar and throw a temper tantrum as she, ironically,

I ordered a family meal and I was asking if I could make the fry a large and the woman with an attitude said " ma'am I can't make that a large it's only a small. " Which is fine. So I order a large fry separate from the meal I received my food and I thank her multiple times with no reply. I asked for hot sauce and honey mustard and she says there's a 50-cent up charge for the honey mustard... which is also fine I said " i will pay for it." She hands me four of them and I have my wallet in hand ready to pay, she cuts me off saying to basically just take them because she has so many cars behind
