The employees and Thomas the manager here were amazing. The app is absolutely horrible. There needs to be a way to cancel stuff if you accidentally order from the wrong place which I did I was pretty upset. Thomas stepped in and made things right I left very happy he is an Amazing manager, who knows how to take care of his customers I will try to be more careful on the app from now on, but there has got to be a better way. You guys need to make sure before someone orders that they know exactly what store they ordering from they know How far the store they are ordering from is there is just got

I ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos, they were cold and soggy. The cheese was not melted at all, instead of replacing our food they took it back and regrilled it and it was still soggy. I told the manager ashley M that it wasn’t done right and she was very rude and disrespectful. I am paying for this food it should be done the right the first time.

Im doordashing through tacobell again. Both of the orders are ready to be picked up. I called the store and said hey i got notifications both of the orders are ready and rhe drive thru line is super long can i please go to the door and pick them up. Her reply was no im not doing that you have to go through the drive thru. Im absolutely disgusted with how i get treated at this tacobell.
