The staff was friendly. The food was unimpressive, bad for the price. Footling coney dog: chili cheese was fine, tasted like Hormel and bog standard concession stand nacho cheese, but the only comparable fast food hotdog, is maybe the IKEA glizzy. Really regret ordering this, would be happier with a Costco hotdog and some microwaved chili. Fries: the best part of the meal. Crunchy, fluffy, and appropriately salted. I've come to this Sonic Drive-In location twice recently and both times were excellent. I used the app to order, so your experience may vary when using the speaker. Regardless after ordering, I pulled up and entered my stall number, and waited about 9 minutes for my food to arrive. The employee was very polite and nice, The food was properly wrapped with no messiness, It was all great! Most importantly the food itself was delicious! Super hot and fresh tasting. I ordered a triple smashburger and got a double. we went inside to order and they still messed up our order. One of the people I was with ordered extra sauce which is an upcharge and they didn't include it. This was at 2:00 p.m. on a Monday and they weren't even busy. We ordered to go and didn't even realize all the mistakes until we got home which is half an hour away so there's no reasonable way for them to fix it. I do not recommend this place.

I was really disappointed with my first experience. I get that ordering with a delivery app can muddle things a bit sometimes, but not to this degree. I ordered a cherry vanilla cream slush & in the options, added lemon and peach to it - there was no lemon/peach in it, but the weirdest thing, was that once I got to the bottom of the cup, there was a tiny piece of the butt of a lemon there .... don't even know what else to say about that.
