Go to the Woodbury location! Avoid this one at all costs! On 5/7 approx 9:30p, we went to this location’s drive through. Upon being greeted, we were told anything with ground beef was going to be a 15 min, anything with rice was 45 mins. Similar to the review just below this, We opted not to wait, but were stuck in the drive through line because this location doesn’t have an exit lane! I called the store to ask them to have the people in front of me (who opted to wait) drive around to the front of the store so that I could leave. Just got back from trying to order some tacos and get to the order screen and the lady come on the mic in the drive thru and says "can I take your order and just to let you know there's a 15 minute wait if you want anything involving ground beef"... like what the heck or better yet how do you not make enough ground beef for TACOS. So there we are didn't wanna wait so didn't order but there's no separate lane to go around so we're stuck in the line anyway, because if someone in front of you was willing to wait there you were having to wait also.... TERRIBLE....

Your job is to take orders and make the food. You cannot even take orders nor make the food correctly. The people who work there are either incompetent or careless. Unfortunate that this Taco Bell has these kinds of people working here. Really need to do better or they need to quit. The place is really getting out of order.

Fiancé found plastic not just in 1 but both tacos he got. On top of that he found out his soda was completely flat when we got home. Had to throw away his whole meal. The gentlemen was nice that helped us but they definitely need to do more Quality checks before wrapping the food up. We have multiple issues with this location and don’t go much anymore because of it.
