Terrible costumer sevice, they need to know they are working, not hanging out. The young lady who take my order never attended to me while she proscess my oder and gave me my card back still looking in a different direction during her conversation… to then make me pull foward to wait for my oder with no costumer at the store at this time… my family was excited to recieve Hardees cinnamon biscuits… but this time we recieve the “attention that they are delivering”

I went in for a quick bite before a Dr's appt. Service was quick and accurate. The food was super fresh and tasty 😋! However, I had requested 2 honey mustard cups and when I got in the car and pulled away...I didn't have them. Partially my fault since I didn't check the bag before leaving. I went back and she was apologetic! Either way I am satisfied, full and still early for my appointment.

I love coming to this Hardee’s. They’re always quick and such nice people. It’s always clean. If they EVER get anything wrong they’re happy to fix it. Makes my day every Monday morning to stop by, for a few years now. Kim is always awesome, very pleasant, and so helpful.
