Been coming here for years. And I’ve been watching it decline. Today was my last straw. Cashier was rude didn’t greet us. Slammed the window in our face. And when we went to use tap to pay she slammed the computer against my phone. She handed us our food and drinks and didn’t say a word to us and just walked away. There was no hospitality whatsoever customer service was severely lacking. And this is a running theme with this location. I’m very upset I spent my money. Really wish I just skipped Dunkin today.

Waiting up front for 10 minutes. Not a single person acknowledged me. Made eye contact with 3 employees. And there was no one ahead of me on lines just me. Now I see why this place had 3 stars

Drinks are exactly what I order just have issues with getting the wrong donuts multiple times. First time we asked for a new donut because the employee had thrown it into the bag upside down and the frosting stuck to the bag, when we get a new one it was the wrong kind but we were in a hurry so we just accepted it and left. Other times donuts have been wrong flavor even though I ordered through the app.

I went to this location For coffee I go there about four or five times a week. Last night I went around 8 PM and I got some lukewarm coffee and the 2nd cup was a pumpkin spice and it didn’t taste like pumpkin spice. So I go back today with 2 cups almost full and I asked for them to replace it. Manager just says she’ll make me a fresh cup that wants to charge me full price. I told the lady at the window I’m not paying to get the manager, The manager says just give them a discount without talking to me. Then the girl at the window trying to charge me the discounted price I told her I’m not Payin
