I came to order at 10:45 in the morning on 5/17/2026. The guy on speaker was completely totally rude. When I asked for sweet tea, he said they didn’t have any. So I gave him a different order for the drink. When I asked for unsweet tea, I said oh you don’t have tea ready. And he said rudely, no, we don’t, we just opened! My thoughts are They would start making the tea early so it would be ready for the 10:30 AM opening. Maybe they should change opening to 11. First things first, the drive-thru experience was terrible. Every time I tried to place my order, the employee kept cutting me off and asking, “Is that it?” before I could finish. After I received my food, I specifically asked about the extra gravy I had ordered. The employee assured me it was in the bag. I got all the way home, across town, only to find that it wasn’t there. The food itself was just as disappointing. The chicken was so overcooked it was barely edible, the fries were soggy, and the gravy I did receive was only half full. I really like this chicken, but I was very disappointed to see that me and my family were served cold and probably old chicken. I waited about 8-10 minutes and only the fries were fresh. It would be nice that people were served fresh food even if they have to wait. Probably won't be buying this again unless it's during lunch time

They have fast service, kind staff and food came out quickly. The environment is nice and peaceful. Came around 1:30pm not too many people, drive thru was going quick as well. Very good un sweet tea
