Service and atmosphere: Super friendly and always really clean. Not much to say here. Food and quality: Not much to say they are kings at this! I will say pick up orders are 80% true to order. I have had a decent ammount of missing topping on pick up orders. But in person its spot on. Great ice cream place downtown that is open late and on Sundays! It’s obviously a local fav, there was a line to the door—and I was amazed how fast the line went. Choose your ice cream and any mix-ins and they’ll mix it right there for you to enjoy. Lots of frozen cakes too, to go (skip the line and go to the register), caramel apples, Rocky Mountain chocolates, and so much more.

We ordered a cake for mine and my husband's birthday which tasted phenomenal but I really wish they would teach them how to spell and or write on a cake because I know I could have done a better job for the price of the cake I think there's still left the writing off other than other ice cream is amazing.

Customer service was terrible. The lady was rude from the start and did not give or offer a bag for the ice cream cake I had ordered. I am usually given the cake in a bag without even asking, no matter the size of the cake. Yet the lady just put the cake on the counter and said, “There you go.”
