Overall, a very satisfying experience for a quick meal that delivers both on quantity and flavor. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for something fast, filling, and good value for money.

Haven't had Chipotle in almost a year. Got a bogo email offer so I decided to try it again. Chicken and rice. Steak and rice. Much larger portion than I remembered. Tasted fresh and decent taste. This location in Aventura was quick and efficient.

During our visit, we noticed homeless were allowed to come inside and repeatedly take free drinks. This created an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment for other customers. We were trying to enjoy our meal but felt uneasy with someone continuously roaming around us and the restaurant grabbing drinks. I hope management can find a way to ensuring a clean, comfortable space for paying guests.

This Chipotle location is completely out of control. It’s dirty, there’s no ice, and the refrigerator is broken as well. If a city inspector walked in today, I’m sure this place would be shut down within minutes. They only have one cashier, and that same person is also handling pickup orders. There is absolutely no organization at all. The entire operation feels chaotic and poorly managed. Whoever is managing this location has no idea what they’re doing. The store is clearly being neglected, and manager needs to replace a 💯.
