Stopped by about 8:30 tonight and ordered the chicken strips / tenders. Since they were over $5 for 3 strips I expected for them to be fairly hearty. They were not, fairly small, they look larger in the small box in the picture. That wasn’t the main issue. The tenders had the weirdest texture I have had with chicken. It almost felt like it wasn’t cooked it was so chewy. I couldn’t even eat more than one of them, about made me sick even though they looked done. Would not recommend.

This Wendy’s location always manages to mess up our order, forgets items, and takes a long time. Today we ordered two sandwiches and a meal and somehow they forgot the entire meal. Shame it’s the only one close to us because we love Wendy’s but can’t keep justifying the hassle of visiting this location

I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s today. I went there for lunch, expecting a normal and pleasant visit, but the employees’ behavior completely spoiled my day. The staff really need to learn how to behave with customers. We are paying for our food — we are not eating for free. Basic courtesy and respect should be part of the service. If someone doesn’t want to work, it’s better to stay home or step outside instead of ruining customers’ moods. Customer service matters, and today’s experience was very unprofessional and frustrating. I hope management addresses this issue so othe
