I loved everything about this coffee shop except one thing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The space is great for working or chatting with friends. The barista was incredibly sweet and helpful. The latte was a smooth blend of flavors. So, what didn't I like? Being from Pennsylvania, I will probably never drive by this coffee shop again, but I wish I could.

Love my coffee, so I thought I'd try something new today. Kwik Trips there are plenty in La Crosse, and I love my Kona Dark refills, but I'm also always up for trying something different. The coffee was fine, but as some of the other reviews suggest...the wait time was pretty bad. I did wait a good 15 minutes at least with only three cars ahead of me, and all I was looking for was a dark roast. But at $3.50 for a large, and then $1.50 tip...I think next time I'll just go to Kwik Trip across the street and get my refill for $1.25. And to be honest...I think the Kona Dark tastes better too.

The outside of this location isn't anything special, but it's cozy and welcoming on the inside. The interior could use a refresh, however, as things are looking rundown. Service was pleasant and fast. We enjoyed our visit to this Caribou location.

When asking who I believe was the manager how long it was going to take for my drink cuz I had to get to work she didn't ask for a name didn't ask what I ordered or anything just said 15 minutes and wake me off I went to the front counter for a refund and the order taker his name is Tim stop what he was doing and made my drink for me this five stars is solely for him fantastic dropped him we need more peop like you
