The best is when you go to there eat. Once you get over the meh atmosphere it's totally worth it. The pizza comes out sizzling in the pan and the bread stix are fantastic. I recommend the cheese and the marinara.

I travel around for work and ended up grabbing lunch here. I had the Sunday special slice (ex pep) with a combo meal fettuccine Alfredo. I was brought out my Alfredo with no utensils, I asked for a fork and the employee brought me 2 forks. Which I tried to use as chopsticks with failed efforts. My slice was brought out and breadsticks later. The food tasted good. But the service was very lack-luster.

Went to Rocky's for lunch (1130a) with my two kids who love this place. We were greeted by the cashier who was very friendly and kind to my kids. I ordered a #4 and my kids got two kids meals. Kids wanted only cheese but there was only one so had to settle for a pepperoni for the other. Not a big deal for us. Food was prepared very well and was hot, not over cooked or burned and had excellent flavor. Kids were satisfied with their pizza, apple juice and teddy grahams. The manager Ashley is rude. She overcharged me for a topping that was included in the price of the meal deal. In addition to this she lied about the meal deal being discounted if I had omitted the one topping and ordered cheese only. I also discovered part of my order was missing. Upon calling back, manager Ashley refused to provide a refund for the overcharge or missing items telling me I'd have to call the owners. Why have a manager that can't actually manage?
