On 05/26/26 at approximately 8:25 PM, I visited your location through the drive‑thru. The posted signage states that the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, but when I attempted to place my order, both the manager and the drive‑thru employee informed me that I could not order what I wanted because the cook refused to prepare any more chicken. The manager then came onto the speaker and stated that the cook had already left to go home, and that I would need to wait 30 minutes if I still wanted my order. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially since the restaurant was still open

If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped by KFC on my lunch break around 2:20 PM. I was told to pull around because my food would be brought out in about five minutes. Another car and I waited by the double doors, but no one ever came out. The other customer eventually went inside to get their food, so I did the same. When I went in, the employee was leaning on the counter, texting and smiling, holding my food. We ordered online. Upon arrival they "didn't have" fries or the mashed potatoes bites. Someone seated had fries - I guess they just couldn't be bothered to make more at lunch time. What we did get was horrible.
