Victory Diner is located off Main St and W Culver Ave in Orange within walking distance of CHOC - Orange and St. Joseph’s Hospital. Looks like a WWII themed diner with a really cool model airplane hanging from the ceiling, model ship, and old warplane pictures on the upper sun room windows. They serve up a combo of American and mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The diner’s clean and the staff is friendly with smiles. This place was so packed when we went, which was a bit surprising given how cramped the space is and how close the tables are. The food was decent, standard diner food, nothing amazing. We had a turkey burger and a cheeseburger with some fries.
