Fancy Burger has been on my list for a while, and I’m so glad I finally got to stop by! I got the plain plus bacon, and it was definitely the best smash burger I’ve had in Utah. The special beef blend was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The smash crust was perfect and crunchy. And the bacon was a perfect mix of crispy and juicy. The rosemary fries were also perfectly seasoned and crisp. The beef tallow gives them an added flavor boost. All in all, a great 10/10. I’m excited to come back, invite family and friends, and try some other burgers!

The classic burger is amazing! The thick cut fries are our favorite and my husband tried the carrot fries. So good! Try them with the ranch and fry sauce. Our waitress recommended that and we were glad! I normally hate cookies and ice cream, but we tried the cazookie and it was to die for!
