Maybe every dish isn't this good, but we and our friends tried the #1 (bisteca carreta) and #23 (bisteca with spinach basil sauce fettucini and parmesan, and roasted potato slices). We both loved our dishes. I also had the crema volteada, a flan topped with a light sauce and peaches. It was good, but I'm cheap, so maybe not $5.99 good. We didn't have to wait, on a Sat night at 6:30pm. The server was attentive and our meal arrived rather quickly. The finely chopped fresh Pico de Gallo type salsa was perfect. Delicious food. I got the #1. Grapefruit juice doesn't change the flavor, it just tenderizes the meat. Very delicious. And it was served sizzling. Inca Cola always feels like a must. 🩵

La Carreta Pervuvian Restaurant in Orem, Utah is SOOOOO GOOOD!!!! We have been eating here for 24 years now and love it!! They have that yummy flavor and the salsa and chips so good!! I typically get the number 32 off their menu whi h is Aji De Gallina! Its my favorite Peruvian dish, but they have several yummy dishes. I recommend you go and try it. If you have never had Peruvian food or you tried it some where else and it was not good - go try La Carreta Peruvian Restaurant in Orem, I promise you'll love it!!
