Texas Roadhouse is pretty much what you’d expect from a large steakhouse chain. The food was solid and consistent with the brand, and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I don’t usually like to complain or leave negative reviews, but I felt like this experience needed to be shared. I was eating my Caesar salad at Texas Roadhouse when I found a ladybug covered in dressing. It was honestly disgusting and very upsetting, and it completely ruined my meal and appetite. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of apologizing or taking the situation seriously, he said, “at least you know it’s fresh.” I was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional that response was. Had a great meal once again. We had to mix up with our order but things happened nobody's perfect. They haven't looked very well. I just wish it wasn't so loud really to the point where it's uncomfortable sometimes. I would dine here more often if it wasn't for the noise level. My son's autistic so it's even worse for him. Don't know why you have to play the music like it's a club lol
