This is the 2nd time ive gone in and instead of putting the food in the pick up area they just left it on the shelf near the drive thru. We ended up waiting almost 20 mins for the food which was two items. And the employees will just look you dead in the eyes as you wait then go back to ignoring you.

Before I say why 3 stars first day shit 9-4 or 5 is wonderful perfect and nice and neat with handling.. I was a person who always tipped good. But come to night shift or weekend they are horrible it dont matter if I tip good or not same service and when I have called about mess ups they say we'll if u would have tipped we would do better... if that was the case I would keep on tipping but thats not the case. If your going to order online and not go in person do before 4

I did not receive my food order correctly. This has happened several times. I spoke with the manager and she was very very rude to me. I was supposed to receive coupons in the mail almost a year ago for a different mistake and never got it. I told her and she did not care and says thats how they do things. Very disappointed in service. The Jackson street taco bell is terrible. The other one is alot better. The manager there is very friendly unlike her on Jackson street.

Let’s start this out by saying I found a bug in my food. It made me sick. There was also a long wait and horrible customer service. The manager told us on the phone she would speak to us when we came back for a refund. She did not come and speak to us. The person at the window was rude, and didn’t even say hello.
