I went to this Burger King to pick up my order and asked the manager about my food. His response was, “Don’t you see I’m busy?” That attitude is completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. When I asked for his name, he replied, “I’m the boss.” Other customers witnessed the interaction and were clearly uncomfortable with how unprofessional it was. Todd, if you don’t want to provide basic customer service or treat people with respect, management is the wrong position for you. Customers deserve professionalism, especially from someone who represents the company I went to this

I've been coming to this Burger King for about 15 years. I've never had an issue with a staff or the food. Today I go through the drive-up I order a meal they tell me it's $11 I get to the window and then I'm told it's $15. When I questioned that I was told to calm down. Can someone tell me how a two cheeseburger and Fry and soda is $15??? I believe the guy at the drive-thru was trying to milk people for extra dollars here and there. Do most people don't pay attention. Be careful with you to this Burger King. Because they're there to rob you of your money

Was the only one inside, after 20 minutes my order of one whopper jr meal with no mayo wasn’t ready. People after me had already eaten and left. I went up to the counter and the manager put the order in again. When it was finally ready, it had mayo on it when the ticket said no mayo. Had to wait again for the proper order. Finally got the correct food after nearly a half hour. Food was average BK quality.

Ordered online and my meal was hot, ready and exactly like I ordered it. As usual Burger King did not disappoint. Just like their jingle from the past "have it your way" they came through and in a short time.
