I order a 18 pieces meal but when I get the order the lady say they don’t have plates so she told me that I can get a bowl the same one for the coleslaw or a lids so we can eat at the restaurant and she told that if I call corporate will not change anything in a rude way the atmosphere change so I decided to call and show some proof of my experience with kfc Oviedo.

Our experience at the KFC in Oviedo was completely unacceptable this afternoon. I am providing a picture of said manager for the purpose of company identification since she refused to provide her name. We were sold chicken that was extremely greasy (with visible oil layered in the bucket), mushy, and clearly not fit to eat. When we returned it, the assistant manager was rude, refused to give her name, called my husband “darling,” and then escalated the situation by threatening to call the police on him because he stated how he handles customers as a company VP. Apparently she didn’t like that

Management you need to review your cameras. I went thru drive thru about 8:22pm, I was told drive thru was closed and I needed to come inside to place a order. Other cars behind me drove off. I went inside and was told to order on my own. Couldn’t even be kind enough to place my order. She who had a jacket on that said Julia went outside for a good 15 minutes with a person, came back inside and went to the back and then came up front to tell me that the fries were cooking. I never knew fries take more than 20 minutes! As I was leaving I noticed she opened drive thru. Picture taken when I seen

Smiles and great attitudes, food hot fresh and on time. Been to kfc's in my life in quite a few states and I'm in my 40's, I have never been in a cleaner KFC. Kudos 👏
