This is by far the worst Chick-fil-a location I’ve had in my entire life. I’m not basing this off of just a couple of experiences, but multiple times a month for a year or more. Something is always either missing, incorrect, or old/not hot. I order exclusively through the mobile app so it’s not the fact that something is getting typed in incorrectly. Some examples are missing sauces, wrong items, or something as big as an entire salad that is missing. Also I included a picture of what they called a large fries today. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager off

Chick-fil-A is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is excellent! We go there 1-2 times a week. We love the chicken mini's at breakfast and any kind of sandwich at lunch or dinner is delicious. Vary rarely do they mess up an order. I even love their sweet tasting Coke's! They have a fun little play area for the kids. They usually have two drive through lines going. The lines are usually pretty long which sometimes back up onto the main or through the Lowe's parking lot. The line goes pretty quick. We always use the app to pre order. As busy as they can get they have the efficiency down to a science in the drive-thru. Had four cars ahead of me and was able to order, pay, and get my food in less than 5 minutes. The food was fantastic as usual.
