This is a restaurant I eat at every week. Today, the pork chop wasn't very fresh, so I called to complain. I didn't need a replacement, just a simple reminder. The receptionist's rude attitude when she answered the phone was disgusting. She told me she was only responsible for taking orders and didn't know anything about kitchen issues. She said she couldn't help me report it. Is this the attitude a front desk manager should have? I will never order from there again. To the restaurant owner, if you see this review, you should seriously reflect on your front desk manager's professionalism.
