When I ordered some tenders, he told me it would take about five minutes to make some. He asked if I wanted to wait. I said I did. When the guy brought out my order he apologized for the wait and told me he included a couple extra tenders because of the inconvenience. This is EXACTLY the kind of service a customer wants.
