I visited Varraco because I read great reviews online, and while the shop has a great vibe and a pleasant staff, the coffee experience was disappointing. If you are looking for high-quality espresso, this may not be the place for you. Mine was quite dark and bitter, although the presentation was nice. I also ordered a pour-over, which was marginally better. The pour-over option (only 1) was not published or visible anywhere, and the barista wasn't able to describe the flavor notes of the beans available. Additionally, this shop does not offer decaf. Hands down some of the best drinks in the Coachella Valley. The flavors are unique, and you can tell they actually care about the craft. It’s the perfect spot to refuel when you’re out in the desert heat. The pastry section might just be unmatched but more research is needed.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and some caffeine. This is a local favorite. The line was to the door! There is indoor seating but because the line was in the way of some of the tables it is more comfortable to sit outside if you can find a spot!! I had a chicken empanada and it was delicious! The matcha latte was good. Not as hot as I prefer but the taste made up for that. #allergygirl asked for oatmilk -no extra charge!
