I work nearby and every time I’ve came in Jordan has make my lunch quick and easy. In and out with most of my lunch break to spare. The Bay breeze and all nighter sandwich is my favorite duo. She makes it perfect every time. This is a good location.

I’ve given this place so many chances, yet they always disappoint. Today, I ordered an egg, bacon, cheese bagel. They made it with sausage instead of bacon. Waited for them to remake the sandwich, took a look before eating, and it wasn’t even hot. I’m done giving them another chance. They make a mistake on my order every time.

What happened? Last four weeks nothing has went right. We have went here for 20 years every Monday. Coffee not kept full, once no coffee, incorrect orders received ( simple order, 2 coffees and two babels ) Bagels not made as well as in the past. Service slower than normal ( less workers ). Always cold inside. Seems no one pays attention to the coffee urns. Was always four cream pitchers, now only two. Very disappointing. Waited before reviewing hopping for improvement’s but has not happened so far.

What a difference!!!! I've been going to the Einstein's in Palm Harbor for a baker's dozen. The bagels there (some) are almost always either undercooked, overcooked or very small. Decided to try this one on McMullen Booth. The bagels were all excellent!! All cooked perfectly, noticeably larger and none tiny or mangled. I'm coming here from now on and I hope the great quality continues!!
