The ice machine is in desperate need of a deep clean; seeing the state of it makes you question the hygiene of the entire beverage station. You can choose from rices, potatoes, or even quinoa for your base. Then there’s protein or tofu for those who are meatless, and last are other veggies to add in and sauce to top it off, of course. Honestly I really wanted to like my bowl more than I did. I tried the spicy brown rice and it was so spicy it almost was hard to enjoy because it wasn’t the good kind of spice.
