I ordered a Biggie Bag around 12:12 PM, and the chicken was completely unacceptable freezing cold, tasted old, and honestly disgusting. For it to be during lunch rush, I don’t understand how the food quality could be that bad. It felt like I was given leftover chicken from the morning. The customer service made the experience even worse. I initially called and spoke with the manager, Joe, to request a replacement. However, since I realized I wouldn’t make it back in time during my lunch break, I decided to request a refund instead. When I arrived, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive.

We appreciate all you did to bring that together. Everyone working was so friendly and my son said your chicken nuggets are better than McD’s :) he was thrilled.

I had a really great experience! The cookies are made to order, so they came out hot and fresh, which made a big difference. They were super flavorful and definitely worth it. The customer service was excellent as well. They use AI to take your order, but if anything goes wrong, a real person steps in right away to help. Overall, a very cool and seamless experience!

Stopped by Wendy's for a quick bite and it was just an okay experience overall. The burger was good and tasted fresh, and the fries were hot when they came out. The place was clean enough, but the service felt kinda slow even though it wasn’t that busy. Prices were a bit higher than expected for fast food, so it didn’t fully hit for me this time.
