Ordered the new veggie Mexican pizza. They send a chicken Mexican pizza. Re-order, they send another one with chicken. Go to the restaurant, they remake it, and leave out the cabbage. These employees cannot get it together, or, they just don't care. Everytime we order from here, something is wrong. Everytime I go through the drive-thru, they're rude, sometimes don't even speak to you. I don't know why I continue to waste my money here, probably because it's close by and I hope they will get it right next time.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in years. I asked for assistance if there was a sale on tacos. No. Multi pack yes. I chose this. I was asked if I wanted crunchy or soft. I asked for 1/2 & 1/2. Regular or supreme. I asked for supreme. I was given supreme crunchy and Regular soft. The price is insane

customer service was terrible. girl with the long nails held the drink in front of me to grab but then yanked it back while i was grabbing my money and didn’t give it until i handed over the cash. really rude. and tacos and fries were both stale and old. been consistently the worst location in the AV.

i ordered a cheesy toasted sausage breakfast burrito with no nacho cheese, add three cheese, add potatoes, and they have me a burrito with NO cheese and NO sausage. this is the second time this has happened here. i have to pay extra for the three cheese and potatoes, and obviously they glanced at my order since they got the potatoes but why in the world would they not give me the sausage and the cheese that i paid extra for?? i don’t recommend this location unless you want to deal with your order being made incorrectly.
