everytime i come here somethings wrong or we have to wait for at least 15 minutes. tonight it was waiting for 15 minutes, said they didn’t have any tea made (they didn’t wanna make anymore) and my what was supposed to be a chicken sandwich is just 2 pieces of bread with a breast (with bone) on it.

I came in and bought a 12 piece family meal close to closing when I paid I was told they couldn't print a receipt. Then when I went in following day they tried to say I didn't even buy the family meal when I was given 4 box dinners the wrong food. They put me out like I was a liar so I left there after being refused to be given my food and went to my bank and filed for a dispute on the charges they have the worst customer care anyone could ask for not recommended I was told by another manager to take a picture of the food next time. Poor ethics they have there. Just be careful I feel I wasn't

If only there was an option for 0 stars all across. We paid for a large meal and every piece of chicken looked as if it was cooked 4-6 hours ago. My son’s nuggets were so hard he couldn’t even eat, the fries were old and tasted like nasty grease, and they also forgot our potatoes and gravy. Money completely wasted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We will not be back. In our opinion I feel they need to just tear this place down. They basically are spitting in costumers faces with the terrible service and food.
