Just ordered online two spicy chicken sandwiches. Did not offer pickles nor did it give me the option to remove them. So after ordered I called the store and asked if they would not put pickles on the two spicy chicken sandwiches, they said they would make sure they were not on there. My husband went to pick them up and when he told the person on the intercom the guy said oh the two spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles. When we got home there were pickles on both sandwiches. Also, husband's fries were very cold, no warmth at all.

As of 12/13/25 at 5:45 pm, I decide to try this place again, lady’s behind the front counters just stayed quiet to hi no welcome no thank you, extremely disrespectful, the front counter is your front lines of your business and to have some your punk girls up there being extremely rude, your letting that money walk right out that door, this will be my last time I ever eat this location, still kind of upset she just slammed my trey down makes me not even want to attempt to eat this trash, I will probably get sick, and all this was while elderly customers were eating next to us. We had cold fries out and nuggets were stale, I took the fries back and asked for hot fries and they gave us more cold fries from the same batch. Paragould Wendy's do better!!!!!!!!!!!! ((This was night shift btw))

I had food that was missing and the manager reached out to me saying that they'd fix it and they sure did. When I contacted back, a different staff member just double checked to make sure she could, which was understandable, and I got my order corrected. I'm very thankful for this location reaching out to me and fixing my order right. This location is definitely keeping my business.
