Everyone here was very professional, kind and polite. This restaurant is clean. The food was perfectly delicious. The food looked appetizing as well. The drinks from the fountain were crisp and sweet. I didn't get a milkshake this time around, but they looked amazing on everyone's table. Lots of windows, open dining area and well stocked. Definitely returning.

I had a problem with my kiosk order. I added chili to my meal, but the kiosk subbed my fries out for the chili. Needless to say, I wanted both. A helpful employee by the name of Karen saw my confusion, and she immediately rectified the mixup by bringing me fries, along with a nice attitude and an apology. After I dug into my meal, I realized that there was an issue with the way the kiosk processed my Steakburger order, but I didn’t want to make it appear like I was taking advantage of the place. I've been to plenty of steak 'n shakes but this particular one makes better burgers and grilled cheese especially, better yet, having pride in their food, staff usually walks around asking how everything is because they know it is. So great food and great service, I rated atmosphere 3 because I ruined the atmosphere a bit lol starving and probably looked gross stuffing my face with grilled cheese mallow fries, and double cheese steak burger, anyway if your a steak and shake fan it's the best I've been too

We were in a rush to get on the road to PA & ordered to go thru the drive-thru. Service was okay except that my mom ordered her sandwich ketchup only, no salt & no cheese. She's allergic to milk. Not "lactose intolerant," allergic. When we were pulling onto the highway, she discovered they completely ignored her request and her burger had cheese on it, so she pretty much went without dinner. She'll likely be back there again in the future as it's a pretty regular stop for her, she loves the place. I got both her burger and mine, which was far more than I needed.
