Hello, I am writing to provide feedback regarding a very disappointing experience I had today at one of your Papa John’s locations. I have been ordering from this store for years and have never had a single issue, which is why I’ve remained a loyal customer. Today, however, that changed. I placed an order by phone around 11:00 AM for four pizzas, specifically scheduling the pickup for 11:50 AM so they would be fresh. I arrived at the store at approximately 11:44 AM. Very Horrible customer service… I don’t understand where these people get off at, if not for the People you guys would not have a job!!! Driver was very Rude and unprofessional just because I was literally 10seconds behind him. Walked down to the office where I live to grab a drink so mind you I wasn’t far. And to top it off I ordered from there several times and never had a problem until today. Pizza looked half ass’d too…
