Food is as expected mediocre. Fries were just about luke warm and the burger was ok. I ordered the monthly special burger "The Bonus Jack combo" listed above the screen which was $5.49 for the double burger and $6.99 for the triple. I of course I ordered the triple as it's basically 3 small cheeseburger patties. When I got to the window my total with tax came to $8.16. I asked how was this possible the special for the triple was 6.99 and tax would not come up to 8.16. The cashier says oh that's the price for the double. I tried to correct her and said no the double was $5.49 the triple was $6.

I'm not sure, what's wrong with this specific location. But this location sucks, won't do 24/7 breakfast, not 24 hours, I get a general "I don't care vibe" from the staff. If you want jack in the box, go to any of the other locations. This one, isn't it

I went through the drive thru to get some food, and Katie helped me. She was very professional, kind, and provided great customer service. I always appreciate hardworking people and feel they deserve to be recognized when they do a great job.

Food is heated up in microwave ruins the food absolutely gross... You know I have called and talked to corporate and they said they would fix this at that branch but it doesn't matter it's happening all over and it's a new wave of you guys to prepare food which ruins the taste so business is probably going to go down The only place left that has good food is Carl's Jr
