Follow Up Experience Confirms the Problem Is This Employee and Management After leaving this location, I went to another Dunkin and placed the same type of order without mentioning what had just happened. The employee there listened carefully, rang me up correctly, and made my order perfectly with no attitude at all. There was no rushing, no arguing, and no mistakes. legitimately the worst dunkin i have ever been to. three times now i have had mediocre service and even worse food and drink. support local businesses and go to the place across the street if you want to have a good meal and kind people taking your order.

Warning!!!! I would like to share a concerning experience I had at this location. I watched the staff prepare my decaf order by diluting regular coffee with hot tap water because they were out of decaf. Not only did the coffee taste terrible, but serving caffeine to someone who requested decaf is unprofessional and potentially dangerous.

Check Tiktok account "eltoro9669". Besides showing how coffee is made, he judges and criticizes women for how they look. No respect shown for your customers. Your employee lacks respect for customers. We can tell is your store by the screen video of your cameras and the fence next to your establishment. This could turn into a bigger issue for you if the customer decides to sue within her rights. DO BETTER!
