All it takes is one bad experience to make sure customers don't return. I put in a mobile order for a coffee. Showed up 8 minutes later. This location has an outdoor pickup window instead of indoors, so I walked up and waited a few minutes. I saw employees inside, and there were only two cars in the drive thru. I ring the bell. No one even acknowledges it. I wait 5 more minutes and and ring the bell again. I went there on a Saturday morning. I had asked a man on the speaker if he can do me an avocado with bacon, add egg & sourdough bread on top like a sandwich PLEASE & thank you because for every single Dunkin I always do. I never had a problem he did & proceeded to say “anything else” cocky. I get to the window a woman opens the window & just tells me my total. I tell her I’m paying with Apple Pay pls & just no remorse of like sure , okay , just not a single word. It's 11: 30 am on June 7, 2026. I put in my order while in my vehicle. When I got to the window, the associate at the window told me to wait in my car in the parking a they were going to bring my food to me. I waited for 40 minutes and no one brought the food out to me that I paid for. I drove back up to the window and asked them to give me back my money. These are very careless workers. I can never trust them with my food. I won't come back to this place anymore.

I will never go back to this Dunkin . A bunch of rude teenagers with attitudes . Goofing around and messing up orders with a manager who does not care !!! People waiting in the parking lot for their food just madness every time. Especially on the weekends. Reviews are not my thing but just thought I’d save people their time and money!!
