Has gone downhill. A man with a napkin taped to his face, and a horrifyingly dirty hand reached out & gave me an entirely different drink, then acted both confused and annoyed that I had ordered something else, and then also struggled to understand even what I was ordering. Recommend going elsewhere.

Hands down the best dunks on the north shore. Mainly because the food is always good, ive never had a bad experience. Cleanliness, and kindness go a long way. One of the best run dunks ive seen. Thank you to the amazing staff

I ordered an ice coffee without ice. There was an additional.60 charge because I asked for no ice. Yes that is what I said, additional charge due to no ice added!!! Do not go here. No where else charges for no ice.

I tried to try the new banana matcha and I have tonsillitis so I prefer drinks with no ice. I asked for no ice and was refused to order my drink that way. She said the company will not allow her to make drinks with no ice. I have no idea that her name was because we sat there in silence for 10 minutes, only getting a response after saying hello. But that was the worst service I’ve ever received in life. Don’t come here!!!
