The night manager (presumably) is an absolutely revolting human being with a remarkably unpleasant demeanor. Not to mention that she’s clearly an extremely ineffective manager considering how quickly a line builds up with even moderate traffic. I’ve seen Taco Bell’s in much busier areas do a much better job with triple the business volume.

This is easily got to be the worst run Taco Bell in existence. It doesn’t matter how you order your food, whether it’s through the drive-through, in the dining area, or online ahead of time. You will wait at least 20 minutes for your order. Sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes waiting in the store after you’ve placed an online ahead order for someone to even come talk to you to see what name is there. This has happened to me and my wife multiple times, and it is easily the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. We’re not expecting much here, but it is fast food, so I don’t think it’
