This guy is on call and doesn't listen to the customer's order. When I said this is not the food I ordered, he's like I cannot refund your money, which I never asked for refund or replacement. And he's threatening the customers saying I'm not from here and pulling his gun from his pants, which I don't think allowed when working at this place. This guy need to be replaced

Every single time I eat here I always get sick. The employees seem like they hate their life, but at least they get you your food fast I guess.

food is always fine however this is THE slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. No other location is as bad as this one for being slow. I waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through, then was told to wait in the front and waited another 10 minutes.

Very disappointed. No one was there in the lobby, but still had to wait 5-10 minutes before someone came to the register. That was only because someone set off the drive through notification so they had to walk up. I could see two people talking in the back but could not get their attention. Once I got some service it wasn't too bad. Another employee had shown up but she seemed too interested in her phone. This was the first and will be the last time
